Mrs Debbie McCluskey (PC/RS 1984)
'I would like to take the opportunity to welcome the new ad-hoc Vice President of the Rydal Penrhos Society Mrs Deborah McCluskey (née Vaughan), who will be formally ratified at the forthcoming AGM in September. I have worked alongside Debbie on the Committee for several years and know the passion she feels for the school and its pupils, both past and present. Given her respect for the past and forward-looking nature, I am certain she will significantly contribute to the guardianship of the Society.' –Mr Guy Watson, Rydal Penrhos Society President
'I was honoured at the most recent meeting of the Rydal Penrhos Society Committee to be elected ad-hoc Vice President of the Society. I cannot wait to work alongside our President Mr Guy Watson, as we continue to nurture relations with our former pupils and help our current pupils benefit from the wealth of experience and expertise in our alumni network.
'I attended Lyndon, Penrhos Junior, Penrhos College and Rydal from the age of 5 to the age of 18. My two sons both attended Rydal Penrhos, and since 2020 I have worked for the School as Registrar. I am delighted to now take on the additional responsibility of representing alumni in the capacity of ad-hoc Vice President.' –Mrs Debbie McCluskey
