Upcoming events for alumni- Covid restrictions dependent.How excited are we to see Events in the newsletter? After a drought of social interaction, the prospect of being able to get together, play some sport, have a chat, eat a nice meal – wow.We are posting a calendar of events which we sincerely hope to be able to run fully. However, we may have to adapt and pivot events depending on Welsh Covid restrictions at the time. We will keep you informed as best we can as to changes to events IF they are needed, and you are always welcome to phone the school 01492 530155 to get updates on events.Founders' Weekend

11:00 Fox Trot Fell/Trail Run (Social Run) – New Field Pavilion.

Organised by Richard Watson, a 6/7 mile social run into Pwllycrochan woods, up the Nant-y-Glyn Valley with a loop-back over the tops towards the sea. A mixture of road, wooded trails and open farmland on local footpaths (mainly off-road). There will be some hill climbs so would suit a runner of moderate experience/fitness but this will be a social run (probably 60-75 mins). We may split into two groups if required. Some nice wooded sections and great views of the sea from the tops. Please bring your own water if required.We will aim to start at 11.00 so please arrive in sufficient time beforehand. 13.00 Lunch (Soup & Sandwiches) Dining Hall adjacent to the Astro for all sports players, governors and school tours participants - do join us.

13.45 Senior School Tour – For senior tour meet in Quad at 13:45, finishing in The Haley Memorial Pavilion, New Field for refreshments and the Archive display.

13:45 Prep School Tour - For Prep tour meet at the Prep playground in front of school at 13:45, finish in The Haley Memorial Pavilion, New Field for refreshments and the Archive Display.

13:30 to 16:00 Archive display open in The Haley Memorial Pavilion, New Field, just come along, you will be most welcome
